Inset Days

Our inset days help with parents’ child care provision when their child’s school hold teacher inset days. Derby County in the Community coaches will run a coaching fun day at the school during normal school hours ensuring that parents’ normal working week is not interrupted.

To ensure that there is very little disruption to teachers’ working day, DCITC coaches will meet the children on arrival, register them, supervise them for the whole day and sign them out at the end of the days’ coaching. The cost of the days coaching is £12.50 and for every child who participates, the school receives £2.50 cash back from the Derby County in the Community Scheme.
